The slo-beat pioneers Kruder & Dorfmeister of Vienna are among the hottest producers in the dance universe. Even though they only produced two unreleased maxis, big names like Count Basie, Bomb The Bass, Alex Reece or United Future Organization had some of their tracks remixed by these exceptional producers. Their productions on compilations of Ninja Tune, SSR and Wall Of Sound are considered mile stones regarding the trip-hop genre and many major companies are trying to release their debut album.
During the work for DJ-Kicks and their debut album they refused doing remixes for U2, Grace Jones, Elvis Costello and the Fantastic Four!

Been listening 2 K&D for a loong time, cruising around, heater on full, window open with the K&D sessions filling my old 2002 opel vectra b i had back in the day with sweet sound. am an 1986 mod and have been listening to k&d since 2005 or earliar, dont remember hehe and still love K&D^^ miss the good old days thought :D used 2 skate, had alien workshop, flip and girl deck¨s with royal trucks, swiss bones bearings and ricta^^ awsome stuff guy's^^ best regards: Tryptamina/Psy Tryptamina
